Malia has been studying music for about 17 years. She recently graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a B.A. in Music with an emphasis in classical piano, touring with the school’s Concert Choir as their pianist. She grew up playing classical, jazz, pop, and rock styles and expanded her musical endeavors playing in bands throughout college, working as a studio session musician, and professionally writing songs with singer-songwriters. In addition to holding it down on the keys for live music events across California, she enjoys working on the back end of music writing and producing. She has been teaching piano for four years and loves sharing her passion for making music!
